I'm designing a questionnaire and I came up with a measurement consisted of three items.
All three items are measured on a 5-point scale but they're different with first item (1=extremely dissatisfied, 5=extremely satisfied) and second and third items (1=extremely unlikely, 5=extremely likely). Obviously the first item is concerned with satisfaction and second and third ones with likelihood but they all measure the satisfaction of users.
Is it acceptable for research community?
