Can I use a disc diffusion method to determine the antibacterial activity of silver-zeolite?

Zeolite is insoluble in water, thus, can a sterile disc paper immersed in a suspension of silver-zeolite and then be used to determine the antibacterial activity?

You can not try disk diffusion test. You must try well diffusion assay. Before that, you have to find a solvent that can solve your material.
