I have to isolate myeloid-derived supressor cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow so I thought of using CD15, HLA-DR+ and CD14 microbeads from Miltenyi Biotec. The thing is that I'm not sure if I can do it in one step mixing all these different labelled microbeads in the same column at once. I think I won't be able to do it in different steps because I would have to divide the sample and, as the number of these cells is really low, the isolation won't work correctly.

Thank you in advance!
