Is it correct to get rid of some variables from the plot only, however they are included in the PCA analysis?
If that correct, should i talk about them in the result? Thanks
Do you mean observations or variables? And which plot - scores or loadings? I would say that if they are included in the model they should be shown in the plot.
I mean the vector diagram for loading of some water quality parameters(correlation matrix), like if i have 2 or 3 parameters indicating one thing for example: salinity, TDS, EC all have the same effect on the same direction of canonical axis(attached). can i plot only one of them and mention the others in the result writing without plotting them on the chart?
I would say that if I was reviewing this and your were referring to them, then I would definitely want to see them on the plot. The least you do to the plot the better I would say.
