Potassium Sodium Niobate (KxNa(1- x)NbO3; x = 0.35) sample was made by using the standard method of solid state synthesis. Powders of Potassium Carbonate [K2CO3; 99.92% pure], Sodium Carbonate [Na2CO3; 99.95% pure] and Niobium Oxide [Nb2O5; 99.95% pure] were utilized as raw precursors and put together in a desired proportion for the synthesis of stoichiometric K0.35Na0.65NbO3 amount to prepared KNN and KNN deposite by thermal evaporation and characterised the sample find KNN nanowire.
