Can I submit a publication accepted by ERIC, for which I granted them permission to offer it to the public?

I gave ERIC permission to use my document "Rituals in a School Hallway." Is it possible for you to post it as well? Must I seek permission from ERIC? I do have the full rights to the document, but wondered if giving ERIC permission to use it rules out ResearchGate using it.
