I am a student in the Department of Parasitology. I look for the role of some plants as a treatment for some parasitic diseases and therefore I want to know the cellular toxicity of some plants on erythrocyte.

Added 0.8ml for each extract was placed in an Eppendorf tube or test tube sterile. The appositive control tube containing tap water and negative control containing blood only and anther tubs contacted normal saline and added fresh sheep erythrocytes were added to each tube 0.2ml to become a final volume of 1ml after those solutions and were in incubated at 37Cº for 30 min. and then all tubes were centrifugal for 5 minutes at rate 1000 r/min noted degree of hemolysis and notes difference between all tubes.
