While doing Ief in 13cm strip, up to 5500 Volt the condition is working good. Once it goes beyond 6000v,the bubbles start coming in the negative terminal of the electrode point.Next time i tried by adding 10% glycerol in the re-swelling buffer in order to remove the electro osmotic flow of water current. But the problems didn't rectify, it happens again when it reaches 6000v.
