My mammalian cells are able to give GFP as reporter signal but now my fluorescent microscope is not functional. In this case can I see my cells in gel doc system ? If I do this is it possible to loss my cells or develop some mutation due to UV radiation in my cells? Please help me understand it.

Without knowing what excitation source (lamp or LED) and emission filters your geldoc has, we can't answer that. With standard basic old systems using a UV lamp it is not possible because you need excitation around 488 nm for GFP and must be able to look at emission of 500-540 nm.
