Can I reuse microwaved Sodium Citrate Buffer (10mM, 6.0 pH)?

I am using this buffer for antigen retrieval and need to know whether I can reuse the leftover sodium citrate buffer that has been microwaved, or is the concentration too largely affected to be reused for antigen retrieval.
