I used IPG strip 7 cm to identify proteins playing a key role in the response of plants to pathogen infection.  I have heard that some journals do not accept the results obtaining from 7 cm ipg strip due to its low resolution. I’d like to know whether this claim is correct or not? you can find the gel image in attachment.
