It depends on the type of journals and conferences you intend publishing your scientific work.As for most conferences, you need to pay for registration before it gets published.More so, for journals, after going through the peer-review process, certain amount needs to be paid.
Go to my profile and see my Contributions. I have not paid money for any of them. Select a journal which do not ask for processing fees. Sometimes publishers ask for extra charge for printing colour photos. Avoid those. There must be many journals in your field too where no payment is required. Select a good one and go ahead.
You can post for free in many magazines. A technique that is used a lot when one is beginning is to publish in magazines of other countries. Depending on the area in which you perform your research you can try different magazines. The important thing is that they are indexed in several good databases.
Dear Revaz Lordkipanidze , most of the journals inquire fee for publications. There are also journals which can publish your work freely. So, to get payment free journals, try to search in the guideline for authous section or you may get sometimes on front page of the journal homepage.
To help you in searching trusted journals, please have a look in to the attached link. Hope it will help you much.
Thanks for the question. Yes you can publish your work for free. First you have to determine if you want it to be open access or you are comfortable with it being under subscription model. For most open access journals, they require a fee to offset expenses for indexing, site maintenance and for other miscellaneous. However, there are some institutional sponsored open access journals that you can publish for free but most times their rejection rate is very high and sometimes takes long to publish.
On the other hand, the non-open access journals can publish your work for free but needs to put a price tag on it for end users. By this, they can cover the cost of publishing.
Yes there are journals that can publish your work for free, provided they get satisfied with its content and compliance to their formats. Otherwise, you can look for open access journals (That charge) and search publication funding.
According to information about your research interests, published on your profile of ResearchGate network, I can see that you're economist and economy is social science. There is one Croatian scientific yournal, named as "Društvena istraživanja" in which the authors are not charged by the journal for the costs of receiving, reviewing and publishing papers. According to Focus and Scope of the named journal, Društvena istraživanja is a journal for general social issues that fosters thematic and disciplinary openness. It publishes works in different social and humanistic disciplines (sociology, psychology, political science, psychiatry, history, law, economics, demography, linguistics, etc.), and also considers works that are interdisciplinary. The journal is published four times a year. The papers published in this journal has an open access. The journal is indexed on Web of Science/Core Collection scientific referal database and IF of the journal for 2016 is 0.204, and five years IF is 0.214, which means the journal is in Q4. In Colombia you could publish in the Innnovar Magazine or in several others that are well indexed internationally. You can look for them in the Publindex http://scienti.colciencias.gov.co:8084/publindex/
Dear all native scientists in different countries, thanks for Your very warm useful replies. I think the scientific article needs to be published in the most operative, affordable and inexpensive (free) Journal and after to inform about it on ResearchGate. A great scientist can have bright discovery, but if this scientist does not have a lot (enough) money the world will not know this discovery. Therefore, POPULARITY AND USE OF RESEARCHGATE SHOULD GROW.
Interesting question. You can visit the following links and copy-paste your abstract and research title, then specify field area and choose the suitable journal from the list will be appeared. You can find many free journals.
