I would think that you can do it unless the poster has been previously presented at the exact same meeting.
And if so, I think it should be fine unless the talk basically shows the same data than the poster previously presented, but you can certainly make reference of that data in order to make new hypothesis or new results obtained from it.
(I think that is why many annual meetings have a disclosure point that specifies that you have to present unpublished data, and I think data in a poster format counts as published data).
