I am new to performing rietveld refinement of my sample in GSAS-II using a p1 symmetry CIF file. The experiments were done at ambient temperature, but the CIF file I found is listed for 100 K.
Would this still be valid for rietveld refinement in GSAS 2? This was the only CIF file I found for my sample.

We do a refinement with a structure correspondent to our samples, but we can use a known model, and modify it to match our experimental data. This is what refinement is. There may be some difference between your sample and this 100 K CIF, but you can refine it normally as always. I have experience with GSAS-II and Rietveld Refinement, so if you need, I can help you to achieve a good result.
