I want to make retrovirus from a MSCV retroviral construct, for use in making a stable cell line. I was wondering whether anyone knows if I can use the pCL10A1 retroviral packaging plasmid? I use the pCL10A1 packaging plasmid when I use pBABE retroviral constructs to make stable cell lines and it works beautifully.

Just not sure if the pCL10A1 retroviral packaging plasmid can be used to package retrovirus from a MSCV vector.
