I looking at possibility of extracting advantages of these polymers; polyethylene (PE), Ethyleneibutyl acrylate (EBA), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) or syrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) in manufacturing of improved polymer modified asphalt concrete. But I am worried about phase separation that may occur if 2 or more polymers are combined in bitumen.
I think you have right to be worried!! The incompatibility of these polymers is the main issue,especially in the case of PE with others.

Since bituman is hydrocarbon in nature you can mix the polymers having similar nature like PE, SBS, SIS, SEBS readily and other two polymers iEBA &EVA in small amonts.
YES, YOU CAN MIX BITUEN WITH THOSE POLYMERS, THERE ARE LOT OS REFERENCES ABOUT THAT, SPECIALLY WITH ELASTOMERS AS EVA, SBS, SEBS, AMONG OTHERS
Yes, EVA, SBS, SIS, SEBS can be mixed with bitumen in multiple combination. Due to presence of hydrocarbon chain or high hydrocarbon ratio in copolymer, the polymers will be sufficiently miscible and bitumen being of the same type will have good compatibility.
