Can I know how to do sensitivity analysis using R for the the given data??

The 2 columns variables and values are the input to some design and I observed those remaining column values as output.

Please tell me how to write R program to have sensitivity analysis for such type of data

I,m new to R, above paper is of higher level. Can you please suggest me some documents/links for sensitivity analysis in R.
