I can suggest to send the manuscript to potential peer reviewers found on pubmed who have experience in the field related to your manuscript. I have to say that to find official reviewers for journals is sometimes frustrating therefore I bet that to find voluntary ones is even more difficult. By the way if you try with few of them I guess that someone is available.
