Protein which has single cysteine with low molecular weight (Lower than 30 kDa), with Known PDB and good Mass data in MALDI-TOF. If the number of cysteines is more still its fine and useful.
This could be used to find the sequence. You could then use other databases to find proteins with the returned sequence and to determine which of these have structures in the PDB
