I was starting a PCR cleanup with QIAquick kit from QIAGEN, when I realized I was out of spin columns. I already added buffer PB (guanidine hydrochloride and isopropanol) and a little sodium acetate to adjust the pH. Will my products be okay if I put them in the -20 until I can get more columns?

I think it should be fine to store them in either the fridge or the freezer. I would let them come to room temperature before proceeding with the cleanup because the pH buffer in this mixture might be temperature sensitive, and also because chilling solutions of DNA + salt + isopropanol can make the salt precipitate and then contaminate your final sample. It would PROBABLY come off your column during wash steps, but I'm not certain.
