I have TEM images of TiO2 nanoparticles and I would like determine the crystalographic planes, but I don't know to do this from Image J program. Is it possible to do this?

Could you shortly describe whether you could solve it with ImageJ and how?
Hi Gert, I found that it isn't possible determine of crystalographic planes by Image J, only d-spacing. What we can do is use the value d_hkl and to compare with reference values of literature by approach. Here in researchgate there is a question similar like me, and Martin Seyring explains very well.
