I have package plasmid kit from SBI, to create lentiviral particles. And I would like to ask if I can use a plasmid without LTR carrying my gene of interest to crate lentiviral particles. I would like to use this plasmid https://www.addgene.org/11941/

Not to my knowledge - you need the LTRs or you'll get no virus. The packaging plasmids will produce the LV proteins but without a LTR plasmid I think you'll just get empty virus particles.

Thank you very much for answer, I was not sure whether the LTR are needed just for the GOI incorporation in to the host cells or also for packaging.
