Can I calculate factors of Black and Leff operational model?

Hi, I have data set which include 3 drugs, 8 concentration points, triplicates.

By using R and drc package, easily get EC50 but I can not find how can I calculate logKA, tau value.

Can you explain how can caluculate KA, tau value by using R?
