Can I add graphical abstract in a review article?

I am about to submit a review research article. But I am wondering If I can add a graphical abstract in that Review Paper. And Will that be acceptable if I prepare that Graphical Abstract using MS Windows paint?

Dear Sir,

If the graphical abstract is the summary of your paper, in my idea it would not have any problem.

It is better to do it like a diagram.
