As homogenizer basically reduce down the droplet size of the solvent used and also helps in lysing of cells, can it be used as a good intervention in extraction of bioactive molecules from plant samples.
Please define "homogenizer" a bit better. There are homogenizers useful for soft tissues that won't work well on woody tissues. I've used spice grinders to break down small amounts of dried, woody material and Waring blenders to break up material into solvents.
Of-course yes, but extraction is the process of separation bio-actives from plants, the constituents are get solubilize according to the polarity of solvent and properties of constituent.
