MAny books and artices urgue that HCV and HBV can be transmitted between sexual partners or life partners while other say that they only transmit through blood.
if your question is whether it is possible to transmit infections somehow between partners the answer is definitely yes. The contagion is easier with the exchange blood for minor injuries and less likely due to infected semen.

HBV (Hepatitis B Virus) can be transmitted by direct blood-to-blood contact and through sexual activity. The presence of HBV cannot be denied in blood, semen and in vaginal fluids. So, it can be transmitted through sexual activity.
HCV (Hepatitis C Virus) can be transmitted by exposure to an infected blood.
It can be transmitted by sharing of injections or medical equipments such as (needles)
It can be transmitted through illegal or unchecked blood transfusions.
HCV infection can also be transmitted directly from mothers to unborn children.
Lastly, situations have arisen where outbreaks of HCV have been largely due to when medical instruments have been exposed to infected blood and have been re-used without appropriate cleaning betweeen patients.
HBV is a true Sexually Transmitted pathogen easily sharing during sexual contacts, particularly when occurr exchange of blood or saliva. Thus, all individuals with risky sexual behavior must be vaccinated against HBV. Also HCV can be considered a Sexually Transmitted virus with lower trasmission rate than HBV because it is the direct contact with the genital blood, the causative way of trasmission. After the year 2000 several outbreaks of acute HCV Infections were observed among MSM in northern Europe associated with invasive sexual pratices, such as fisting, or with the sinergic effect of the diffusion of ulcerative infectious syphilis.

Besides blood and blood products, HBV can also be transmitted through sexual contact as viruses are found in semen as well as vaginal secretions of infected individuals. However, sexual transmission of HCV is much less common. Therefore, safer sex practices (such as minimizing the number of sex partners and use of protective measures (condom) offer protection against HBV and HCV transmission.
Since HBV is also found in human saliva, the virus can be transmitted by sharing food (common among school children), cutlery, tooth brush etc.
