I think you probably can't use it because they both have the same columns, but the main difference is in the buffers and functions. The gel extraction kit removes dye, gel, and salts from the gel, while the purification kit eliminates primer-dimers, enzymes, and dNTPs.

Since you have no unspecific bands, you only need to remove primer-dimer and dNTPs. I recommend using a lower primer concentration to prevent primer dimers. So you don’t need any purification and gel extraction kit. Hope this will help in your case
