I have always struggled with doing this type of thing in Excel. I usually just transfer the data to a more straightforward program like Systat where you just click on buttons in windows to do the analysis. Or sometimes online calculators! :-)

As I see, the probability of A and B in your file look like the cumulative probability, right? Because the total of probability is not equal to 1 and we shouldn't calculate from the first row. I think A and B have equal probabilities among their values. 

The order of the sheet is based on the decrease of probability, therefore, we have an descending in A value and ascending in B. Therefore, it should be only one value at which A equal to B. The probability = probability of A * probability of B. 

In order to extract A from B, I use Vlookup. In order to compare A and B and find out the same value of A and B, I use If formulas. In order to fill up the formulas until 32076, I wrote the formulas in the first cell, then choose all the column, click Fill -> down. 

I have some confusion about your requirements. I wonder if my view is useful.
