Can enzyme with size of 40k Da immobilize in nano particles ?
what type of nanoparticles are u using ?
silica-chitosan,
Iron-Chitosan
Pre-crosslinking would allow a 40 KDa enzyme to be embedded in a degradable nanoparticle matrix. The physicochemical properties of the matrix would determine the degree and stability of the nanocapsules.
We have entrapped amylase (mol wt around 50KDa) in enteric polymer. You can try the same with chitosan.
@Dipak K Majumdar Thanks lot, for your answer.
@Rodey Siwale Thanks for the answer
@Ian Tomlinson we going to crosslink with the help of glutaraldehyde . Anyway, thanks for your answer.
I am going to start my master's thesis. I need experts opinion on biopolymers which can be used for the marine foods, especially to high fat containing fishes. Thanks and Regards
