This is just something I have been pondering over for a while and would like to discuss with others. Its not exactly my area of research right now, so I would like to know from those in the field of liposomes, if its a worthwhile area of research. Also, if you are aware of any study in this area, do let me know. There are mathematical optimization techniques, the simplest of which is linear programming, which could potentially be used to find out the optimum numbers of different surface proteins on a liposome to maximize its efficiency as a drug delivery vehicle. Several mathematical modeling methods can aid you in development and optimize several CPP and formulation parameters to produce liposomes with desired CQA.

Dear Researcher,
I think it is not possible. From my perspective, there is a huge gap between theoretical approaches output and what we can obtain from experimental findings. As a matter of fact, it has been indicated many times which theoretical methods such as simulation, mathematical programming and so forth are not potentially suitable for optimizing since various factors are involved in experimental approaches that are mostly different from what theoretical methods gave us.
