I think the possible thing is if you have something new to say over the previous paper but with the similar approaches you will get the similar results and conclusions
I would not recommend this if you wish to have a good reputation as a researcher. One of mathematicians I used to know was submitting the same manuscript to many journals at the same time and has published many identical papers finishing career with an impressive number (827!) of papers in mathematics, but he has not been viewed as a respected researcher by so many of his colleagues...
