As it is not easy to get bands for MMP-2 and MMP-9 in western blotting, if anyone have some idea regarding this please let me know.
Dear Hina. It sounds like you have spent a lot of time testing antibodies against these targets. Finding suitable antibodies is a huge problems for scientists all over the world, and it is therefore crucial we share the information we obtained by using these antibodies.
www.pAbmAbs.com is a website where scientists can share the experience regarding commercially available antibodies that they obtained through their research. I can see that nobody has shared information about antibodies against mmp-9 and mmp2, and i therefore hope you will share your experience? This would help others scientists that are also looking for suitable antibodies against these targets.

According to Biocompare there are currently at least 828 MMP2 Western Blot Antibodies across 42 suppliers and 912 MMP9 Western Blot Antibodies across 41 suppliers. We could narrow this down a bit if you need the antibodies for one species only. Needless to say that scientists find themselves overwhelmed when they need to shop around for the one antibody they need. Aeonian Biotech is starting up this year by offering assistance finding the right antibody in the market so you run no risks of wasting funds and time on the wrong and badly performing products.
