I need to model SMA with StarUML. An AML plugin is required. Currently the only platform offering this modeling language is an extension of StarUML proposed by the company Whitestein (http://www.whitestein.com/aml) but this one is more developed since 2005 and I can not find this plugin.
Can anyone tell me where I can get this plugin or offer another modeling tool for SMA?
Visual paradigm is a Great Tool. It would be helpful even for modeling distributed autonomous agent based multi-agent systems.
I want to do the design and modeling of architecture of intrusion detection based on MAS and to the implement this architecture with madkit platform

You can use FIPA compliant JADE platform also for the implementation. And for the analysis and modelling of Multi-agent system you can choose between TROPOS, Gaia, ALAADIN methods. Gaia is Role based so can create role and interaction based models in Gaia and can also specify the correctness properties of the system.
The other way is to not use a specialized multi-agent based method for design. Just use simple UML for the design. Then implement it in madkit.
You can also think about formal models to validate your system (e.g. Petri nets). There are a lot of works in the literature available. I hope this link will help you.

The latest version of the CORMAS ABM simulaiton platform is linking UML diagrams with the software. For more, see the recent paper by Pierre Bommel et al published in JASSS journal.
