How can check that a proceeding conference is indexed in SCOPUS, and how can i get my author ID scopus ?
I have no access on SCOPUS.

Dear Mohssine el Ajjouri You can simply look for the conference name or a paper published in that conference via Scopus website which is free access .i.e.

if the paper or conf name is there then you are Ok.

I have a question which still relate with an indexing on proceeding. Is there any rank system for a proceeding like applied in a journal as Q1 until Q4?
You can either check at SCOPUS site https://www.scopus.com or ask them at the help section specifically about the proceedings in question.
