Secondly please guide me, is it possible in Arc GIS 10.2 that all points will go to respective coordinates in images. so I do not need to individually write coordinate one by one and train it?
Even you apply the gap filling techniques, unfourtunatelly its not working perfectly. However, If you use the object based classification for agricultural area mapping it is working well. Fist of all, sellect 5x5 window in erdas focal analyses tools and ignore zero for calculation and only apply zero area (there area these options in the software).
sellect the maximum value and apply.
secondly, sellect 3x3 window apply the same option in above except maxsimum this time sellect the mean option.
As I said its not giving a perfect result but, you may use in some analyses.
You can easily carryout gap filling process with Model Builder and apply focal mean with a matrix window of your choice, but preferably 3x3. I am sharing the model, you need input just the input layerstack images.
