use *element matrix output,
and then in the result files, you can find a *.fil file, but it is not easy to read this file,
so you can add a *file format, Ascii
then you can find the result file *.mtx , open the file, and follow the attached, you can get the glbobal matrix

I have no ABAQUS on my computer now, so i can not test your inp,
I am not sure about this, because i have not using ABAQUS for more than 1 year,
but, here some possible suggestions,

check this, does it work to define this element set?

double ==? or just ýour typing error?
check the *element martix output, does it work for ABAQUS cae? if not, you can not import the inp file into CAE, you can only run this inp use command!
If you have further problem, i will try to go to my coworker''s PC and have a try for you!
Since the global one may be huge, Abaqus does not permit this. Instead, you shoul print the elemebtary ones and assembly them by using, for instance, matlab.
