Coming from Yeast i checked yeast protein databases but could not find any reference to this protein. I assume that At is the specification of the organism (Arabidopsis thaliana) and that PV42B does not stand for anything really and is just a numbering in a database. That is at least what the genscript database suggests. It happened to some proteins which were not first identified via their function. I hope this is of any help to you.
