Thank Sezer. But for this, I have to inoculate the mice. I first need to know if the bacteria can be eliminated by urine or feces in order to avoid contamination of other mice because the laboratory animal facilitiy of my Institute doesn´t have barriers.

I offer to try immunocytochemical staning with first monoclonal antibodies strong specific for i.p. inoculated bacteria in feces after it base liquid cytology procedure.

I am rather sure that the bacteria will not be eliminated by feces. There is no efficient secretion system and the bacterial ecosystem too much complex and tight in intestine to allow for newcomers from blood. But if you cause a sepsis, you will have many bacteria in the bloodstream and these will be eliminated by urine to some degree. In human, if for instance yeasts are cultured from urine sample, some part of the cases is confirmed to be of descendent origin, i.e. coming through kidneys from blood because of preexisting fungemia. Even when fungemia is transient, urinary bladder can be colonized and yeast are released with urine during following infection.
