Can anyone tell me how to make boundary conditions of the bottom surface of the film when Si film is interact with the SiO2 substrate?

Please suggest me the boundary conditions of the bottom surface of the polysilicon when it is deposited on the SiO2 substrate? I have to write C++ code for the bottom boundary condition.
