I prepared a nanopowder using sol-gel process. It includes Ba, Ca, W, Re, Os, alumina. I got very fine powder of nano scale. I took XRD data for this powder and got a curve of intensity vs two theta. Now I am unable to analyse which peak correspond to which element?
You should compare your spectrum with those you can find in databases.
I am not able to analyze. Can anyone provide me the look up table so that i can compare my results.
Hey, u can use the available software to get some clues which compounds or phases could form in your powder. Have a look at the literature and find similar works on such materials to see what phases can possibly form in the presence of the elements u have mentioned. Use PDF cards to find the best match between cards and lines.
