Can anyone tell me how can set the data in MS EXCEL or SPSS to run Rothamsted Carbon model?

I want to run rothasmated carbon model equation for data, So how will set the data in excel for the RothC model or SPSS?

I think you can easily write the equation in SPSS or GraphPad Prism software.
