you can download these information using the ensembl plant database (http://plants.ensembl.org/index.html).

- Click on the biomart button on the top of the web page

- choose plant mart as database

-select Solanum lycopersicum as dataset

-click on attribute (on the left) then select external data and check the radio button for Go term

- click on result (top left) and download the compressed version of the tsv file

The above solutions are quite powerful and flexible, but if you just want a file with GO annotations for all genes the easiest way is probably to use this website:

http://bioinfo.cau.edu.cn/agriGO/download.php

that provide direct link to download such an annotation file for several species (including tomato)
