Hi, Mr. Garlapati!

There are many packages that can be applied in ecological diversity.

It depends on the variables that you have used. Follow some suggestions:

- ade4 (This is one of most important packages that I have used because it is a dependency for many other packages);

- ape (Phylogenetic Data)

- adegenet (Genetic Data Analysis)

- labdsv (Multivariate Analysis)

You can perform a lot of analyses using these packages but it depends on your variables.
