I want a good estimation method for carbohydrate,protein,lipid estimation of this plant biomass .
Kindly suggest some protocol or paper for this

The carbohydrate, protein and lipid analyses are very widely available protocols. The following link will provide you with Total Carbohydrate estimation (Anthrone reagent test) and protein estimation (Bradford assay).

If you are looking for the alternatives, you can use Phenol sulphuric acid assay (total carbobhydrates), Dinitro salicylic acid assay (reducing sugars), Biuret assay (proteins). The paper is attached.
Unfortunately, the only way I have used to analyse lipids is by GC based methods, mostly based on FAME. See some related attachments and see if it helps.
