Can anyone suggest mehtod for isomer separation of eflornithine without derivatization in lcms ?

2-3 method reported for isomer separation of eflornithine on lcmsms. I tried so many time to reproduce published method but these are not reproducible. anyone can suggest chiral method for eflornithine on lcmsms without derivatization?
