I am working with a protein. Every time I do a Western blot, I see cleavage of my protein. Even when I overexpress the same protein tagged with GFP, I see the cleavage. I tried Pan-caspase inhibitors, autophagy inhibitors, calpain, and cathepsin inhibitors. But neither of those prevents the cleavage. So, I want to treat the cells with protease inhibitors and see if the cleavage is due to protease. But don't have any idea which one would be good. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Note: I use protease and phosphatase inhibitors in cell lysis buffer.
