Can anyone suggest me any article or any links to fabricate and simulate quantum dot/ perovskite nanoLED in any software?

I am trying to fabricate a quantum dot/ perovskite based nanoLED. Before going for practical fabrication I need to fabricate the device in any simulation software. So I am looking for any software that can be used to simulate the device using different materials. Finally I need to check the luminescence quantum efficiency, lifetime etc.

So I am asking for suggestion regarding any such software and some associated articles/links by going through those I can have an idea how to do so. Thanks!
