Botanical Survey of India (BSI), Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) are some of the institutes which identify plants. They have special herbarium sections where such identifications are done. You need to pay per sample and submit a herbarium. They would give you a report or a certificate about the sample identity. Even you can find some of the institutes near your area too. Just do a quick search about plant identification authorities in your area. Some of the botany departments of Government Universities also do identification of plants and give identification details. You can approach such universities too. Regards
