In our Lab we have elaborated a very effective cooling system capable to remove more than 1 kW of power from the area of 1 cm2, keeping the surface temperature below 130 deg. C.

We can remove heat fluxes much higher than 1 kW/cm2, however we faced an engineering problem: all our "hand made" electrical heaters (based on using nichrome wire) just burn out at the heat flux of around 1kW/cm2.
Can anyone suggest an engineering solution to achieve heat fluxes of 3-5 kW/cm2 at the surface area of around 1 cm2?
