Prof. Neeraj Jain at NBRC Manesar, doing lots of work on in-vivo electrophysiology, you can ask them if they also do slice electrophysiology. Center for Neuroscience at IISc Banglore, most of the faculties are doing electrophysiology work there.

yeah Richard , because one my colleague went for observation in in these institute since this institute don't conduct any workshop for this technique , they will allow only for observation for maxim 2-7 days .

Rishikesh Narayanan, MBU, IISc Bangalore is worth checking. Look into his publications. There is a Neuroscience Department as well in the institute.
